Townhouse layout allows quiet mornings downstairs for early risers while upstairs provides quiet mornings to sleep in for a bit or gives separate space for the night owls of your group.
After an amazing day, this property has a unique view of sunsets too! The best of both worlds sunrise and sunset. Ocean sunrises without leaving the condo and sunsets right outside front door on upper deck. The deck includes tables and chairs for a relaxing evening drink and sunset view.

Summary: This condo was perfect for our visit. La Donna was there for us when we needed her and always pleasant. The condo had everything that we needed and was so quiet that we never heard a sound from neighbors. I loved having the bedrooms upstairs, giving view of the lovely beach upon waking. The location was just right for exploring hiking trails and visiting St. Augustine. We hope to return here next year!
